I feel like sniper, even though a legendary, it's lacking a lot, so I have came up with an idea to make it much more strategicaly used and it actualy being usefull.
Rework of Perfect Arc :
Having a pre-fire option, which when coordonated with teammates, you can ( like lore accurate Midorima ), prefire a shoot, starting the acting, and midway, right after jumping, if a NEARBY teammate passes to you, shoot it, or have the option of just passing (by passing, using it as a fake, and wasting the move) or if no NEARBY teammate passes than you waste the move.
Rework of Quick release :
Just have the option to hold the move, faking the quick release, than passing it onto a teammate
