I was thinking of a ranked mode with rewards and entries (in teams) limited by time, for example: the league will open tomorrow at dawn, so you and your team will only be able to enter the competition until the end of today, and tomorrow if your team is not online, it will be disqualified.

I was thinking of something similar to Rocket League, or like the game's current ranked mode, only with the difference from normal basketball matches, with 4/2 breaks, with access only to your team's chat.
And while there are these breaks, there is a team animation with everyone on the bench with a coach (someone random from the team) talking to everyone, and when the break is over, there will be an animation of everyone re-entering the court motivated, keeping the same score (there would not be a limit of 20 points that the match would end by itself)
