Issue:
My app is completely inaccessible. It will not open in Expo Go. I followed all steps suggested by email support — fresh QR scan, full cache clear, npm reinstall, expo restart — but nothing worked.
Your support team already identified two platform-side issues:
- ❌ ngrok tunnel instability
- ❌ Ionicons font loading failure
Both are infrastructure-level problems, not issues with my code.
What I need urgently:
- Someone to restart/refresh the ngrok tunnel and Expo environment from your side
- Confirmation that the Ionicons font issue is resolved
- Please do NOT ask me to run more agent commands — every attempt costs me credits and nothing has worked
Context:
I am also dealing with an unresolved billing issue (385 ECU deducted — Ticket #136648) due to an undocumented fork billing mechanism. I am already frustrated and losing both credits and work time due to platform issues.
