Hi!
I got offered standard plan for 1$, I accepted, and when the purchase was sucessful i got charged 20$, it never said that it will charg 20$.

I want my money back because this is not how it is supposed to be. I am open for legal procedure if there is need.

Yes the same thing happen to me and they even charged a card I didn't give them the information for.

I need my money back immediately I am not satisfied with the product and they used my bank card and charged the last money I have on my card for groceries. I cannot do this right now I do not need the product this bad haven't used it since the free trial and still shelled out money for credits that did not last at all I just need my money back please. Thank you.

Hello, i wrote an email to [email protected] and I wrote a comment here. I got charged 200 eur with me cancelling my suscription. I haven´t even used it and i can´t get my money back or answered.

Please i request and instant refund of my money.
