Error with deployment of the app

Hi, I've tried to publish my app on Emergent but there's an error after I login with Google. You can see the error in the screenshot attached.

So the support answered me in email and I did everything they suggested to me, you can see the instructions attached in the image

But the error is still there, can anyone from support team answer to me or investigate the code? I wrote to support by email but still no answer from anyone ☹️
