I recently upgraded to the Standard plan, and within just a few minutes, all my credits were gone. I then purchased an additional 100 credits, but I am still experiencing the same issue.
Even when I use the rollback feature after the agent makes a mistake, my credits continue to be consumed. On top of that, the agent is still returning errors, which is causing me to lose credits without getting usable results.
I kindly ask your team to review how credits are being consumed on my account, as this situation is very concerning and does not seem normal.
I would appreciate a detailed explanation and a resolution as soon as possible.
