#Domain Name DNS records not correctly Set

My domain bayt.living was connected to my deployed BAYT app. After paying 50 credits for a new deployment today, the domain is no longer connected.

Issue:
Domain was working before
Did "Start New Deployment" (paid 50 credits)
Now bayt.living is disconnected from the new deployment
Need to reconnect domain to latest deployment ASAP
Request: Please help me reconnect bayt.living to my latest deployment or manually remap it. This is a live business site.

Hello,

Please login to your Domain providers portal and provide the following information:

Screenshot should only show the DNS records.

Take a screenshot of your DNS settings with the following information in the screenshot.

Emergent Records to apply to your domain name:

  • A Record: @ 162.159.142.117 TTL 1 Min
  • A Record: @ 172.66.2.113 TTL 1 Min
  • CNAME Record: www bayt.living TTL 1 Min

Once these records are configured and you have set the DNS settings for your domain name bayt.living it can take from 10-20 minutes for the DNS to clear. in some cases it can take up to 24/48 hours to fully propagate.

Please change the following and remove what I have circled in the screenshot you provided me.

Also change all the TLL options to 1 Min and not 1 Hr.

Keep your CNAME for the domain name. But remove everything else.

using the Auto deploy option for your Domain name via Emergent will not cause issues compared to if you used the Manual option which can sometimes cause issues or errorss to popup.

You will have to send an email to our email support team to take a look at your preview link as we do not have access server side or anything server related or access to any internal tools.

Once you have removed the Default Records plus the Outlook Records please use this free website/tool to check your DNS

It'll show you if your DNS records are pointing to the correct NS Servers.

The autodiscover and email CNAMEs are for my Microsoft 365 email — I cannot remove those.
