Hi, I have 2 deployed apps (Cad-Survey-Tool, Norma Facile) all showing "Attivo". I want to shut them all down to stop credit consumption, but I can't find any Shut Down button in the "App Distribuite" dashboard. Can you please help me stop all 3 deployments? Thank you!

The reason the button isn't visible is that the Shut Down option is not on the main "App Distribuite" list view -- you need to go inside each individual app to find it. Here's how to stop each deployment:

Open the "App Distribuite" (Deployed Apps) section.

Click directly on the app name (e.g., "Cad-Survey-Tool") to open its deployment details.

Go to that app's deployment settings.

Find the "Shutdown" or "Stop Deployment" button and click it.

Confirm the action.
Repeat these steps for "Norma Facile" (and any other active deployment).
On credits: Billing stops immediately the moment you confirm the shutdown. You will also receive a pro-rata credit refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, calculated as: daily rate = monthly cost / 25, with partial days rounded up. Your app code is preserved and can be redeployed at any time, though any custom domain associations will be removed.
One thing to check: Your message mentioned "3 deployments" but listed 2 apps. If there is a third deployment you did not name, make sure to locate it in the "App Distribuite" dashboard and follow the same steps -- otherwise it will continue consuming credits.

I clicked on the app name and opened "Run Details" panel but I only see Credits Spent, Machine Type, Model, Job ID and Assets. There is no Shutdown button anywhere. Can you please shut down all 2 apps manually? App names: Cad-Survey-Tool,
