My website is showing “Failed to place order” on checkout page before payment starts.
Razorpay is integrated but payment is not initiating and order is not getting created.
Please check:
• Razorpay Live/Test key configuration
• Order creation API
• Webhook setup
• Amount conversion to paise (integer format)
• Server logs for checkout error
This issue is affecting customers and we are unable to receive online payments.
Kindly resolve this urgently.
