#Token expanse to correct a not working feature.
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Hello,
Happy New Year, and thank you for reaching out. I understand how this situation can be confusing and frustrating.
To clarify, tokens (or credits) are consumed whenever the system runs jobs or processes requests, regardless of whether the final result fully meets expectations. This includes attempts to build or test features, even if a specific feature—such as the blog article writing functionality—does not work as intended on the first try. Each run uses underlying compute resources, which is why credits are deducted.
That said, a blog’s article creation feature is indeed a core requirement. If it required multiple attempts to function correctly, we’d be happy to review what went wrong and help you adjust the setup so it works more reliably going forward, helping you avoid unnecessary credit usage.
If you can share what exactly failed (for example, errors, missing functionality, or unexpected behavior), we can guide you on the correct approach or next steps.
Best regards,
Prashika
