Hello Emergent Support,

I have an urgent issue with custom domain linking that has persisted for 2 days.

Details:

Deployment ID: d4mp5cs
Domain: duma-expert-beton.fr
Error: "Registration Failed - domain already exists.duma-expert-beton.fr"
Status: Deployment is Live and healthy
Issue Duration: Started yesterday, still not resolved
What I've tried:

Used "Auto-link Domain" button - failed with above error
Cleared DNS A records at domain provider
Attempted manual linking - same error
Request: Please unlink/release "duma-expert-beton.fr" from the Emergent system so I can link it to deployment d4mp5cs.

This issue is currently blocking my production deployment. Your assistance in prioritizing this would be greatly appreciated.

@stray linden This happens when your custom domain is already connected to one of your previous deployments. Check your other deployment from Home Tab under deployed apps section, you shall all the jobs where there's an active deployment. Open each job to find where exactly this domain is linked. Once found, unlink from there and link it again in your current deployment

salut. mai am o problema grava de ieri seara. incerc sa lucrez la o aplicatie si vreau sa organizez o pagina poti sa ma ajuti te rog cu o idee de a face agentul sa inteleaga un principiu de asezare in pagina? la inceput a creat asta(poza 1) .apoi am incercat sa le aranjez.am ajuns aici( poza 2) . sunt trei carduri: unul cu historiques, unul cu tomas si unul cu alte trei carduri la interiorul lui. vreau sa le asez ca in schita cu rosu facuta in cea de a treia poza . pentru a face asta am incercat sa fac fork, sa schimb agentul dar de geaba. de la 280 de credita acum am 45 si tot nu am reusit. poti verifica situatia si sa vezi ca nu am construit nimic altceva. cat despre dploy-ul facut, unul este pe resmind.fr si altul este pe duma-expert-beton.fr / nu au legatura unul cu altul. multumesc anticipat pentru reactivitatea voastra

@stray linden Been there!!
UI issues can be fixed but only by the agent....You can consider using chatgpt for a better prompt but that said make sure that you're modifying small UI features at a time. Not all together.......and use rollback feature when multiple prompts doesn't yield a better result.

Prompts hold great significance...........you've got professionals who only build prompts now...🙂

Hello team, I have an urgent production domain issue.

My production domain track-swshipping.com is currently mapped to an old instance.
But all the new fixes (persistence bug fix, vessel tracking fix, B/L improvements, bulk upload, and removal of demo data) were deployed to a new instance during the repair process.

Customers are still seeing the old version.

Please:
1. Unlink the domain from the old instance
2. Link track-swshipping.com to the new instance with the fixes
3. Make the updated instance live for production
