#Help with Job

Hi, checked your job id but could you please brief on the issue to be addressed?
I’m being asked to deploy, but I’ve already done that.
The ai and I are going off what the preview shows but in reality, it’s not producing it live.
I’m not willing to deploy and spend more credits to fix something that should have been resolved when I forked and rolled back the issue several times
Varsha?
Hi, kindly reach out to us on [email protected] with your job id and we will review your job and help you.
Yes I have. Im not getting anywhere however. The team is supportive but I may just not be communicating what the issue is via email

Varsha does this video help explain the issue?
If you want the watermark to be removed you will tell the AI chatbot Neo to "Remove the Bottom Right water mark from my project for live production" Quick simple and easy for the AI to understand. Remember AI is not or never perfect. Also if you have anyone viewing your website from an actual desktop/laptop the browser tab they open the website in will say "Fullstack app | Emergent" or something along those lines. You can tell the AI to remove that as well and place something else there that you'd want to be displayed as an example: "My Portfolio website" Not your use case but just as an example. The hamburger menu is bugged. You should tell the AI that you want it to look into why your hamburger menu is not displaying on mobile and it can fix this for you.
youi will have to redeploy the website when you make any changes. It can take from 5-7 minutes depneding on the complexity of your project.
Thank you. I’ve tried all of that, and it would appear fixed in the preview but once deployed those changes wouldn’t stick. I may just be pushing the limit of what it can achieve. I appreciate the suggestions however.
you have to "Redeploy" your live website to make the changes effective.
Not a problem.
any time you make any adjustments, changes or add or remove anything you have to redeploy your live website.
Yeah I’ve done that as well. Really I have run through the guides, forked, rolled back, deployed, redeployed. But thank you.
Hey,
Usually, prompting the agent with clear instructions should work, and the changes you’ve made should be reflected in your deployed app. Please try prompting again, and once done, redeploy your app. It should resolve the issue and work fine.
Best regards,
Sreshta
