Unable to Link Custom Domain

Hello Emergent Support,

I'm unable to link my custom domain to my deployed application due to a "Duplicate custom hostname" error.

Error Details:

• Domain: robandroberlytransport.com
• Error: "Registration Failed - failed to create Cloudflare custom hostname for www.robandroberlytransport.com: Duplicate custom hostname found"
• Application: Rob & Roberly Trucking (logistics application)
• Job ID: [Click the 'i' button in top-right of chat to get this]

Troubleshooting Already Tried:
✓ Attempted linking without "www"
✓ Removed all A records from DNS
✓ Tried both "Auto-link Domain" and "Link Manually" options
✓ All attempts result in the same error

Request: Please clear the duplicate hostname from Cloudflare so I can link my domain.

It tells you "Duplicate" right in the error message LOL. because you already have an A record that has www.robandroberlytransport.com you don't need a third one just two A records.

I previously configured the domain with Entri. Now, I don't have any option to link the domain. Can you help remove the record from Cloudflare?
