I am building a website with Emergent for my business, and up until recently, I'd been delighted with the job it's doing. But on Monday, four days ago, I deployed my website. It looked great, everything worked well. However, a couple of days ago, I attempted to apply Google Analytics to it, and we added all the necessary tags and codes to the website. For some reason, it couldn't verify. And I went through a hundred credits trying everything to get this to verify. In the end, your agent told me that it was just a time thing, and it would take time, and to wait till Saturday, and it should be there. So today, I tried it, and it didn't verify. So then I copied the source code for the website and I pasted it into the agent and said, "Tell me where the tags are," 'cause I couldn't find them. And the agent quickly realized that there were no tags, because although the agent had changed them in the software here, it hadn't actually uploaded the changes. So I wasted $20, a hundred credits, for it to figure out it made a mistake. Not too happy about that, but willing to let it go. Then today, we tried to re-deploy to make sure that the Google tags would be visible to Google, and before I did that, I asked, "Do I have to pay another 50 credits?" And your agent said, "No. Once you pay credits for a month, you don't have to pay to redeploy anymore. You can deploy any m- amount of times you want to." After deploying, I noticed 50 credits were gone from my account. So, I've paid a hundred credits to deploy twice in four days. This is not what I was led to believe. I'm not happy, and if we can't find a resolution, I'm gonna find a different solution. I'm not happy with giving 20 bucks every 15 minutes. Please get back to me. session/environment ID : 9a812306-c35b-44d8-866f-64f3d150957a
