#Preview works, production does not

Hello Emergent Team,

I have been dealing with this issue for a few weeks now. Everything works fine in preview. But when going live into production users are unable to login giving them Network error messages and so forth.

It was working fine when i first deployed it live but then i made a quick change and redeployed it and ever since then i have been running into issues.

I really would like so help on getting the live production to be working!

I had emailed support today. Production dbase is not pointing to working dbase. Chat cannot resolve. 100 credits of chat and it’s referred me to support. Thanks

Current Status:

✅ Preview URL working: https://dish-vision.preview.emergentagent.com
❌ Production URL having issues: https://app.recipefinderai.com
✅ Backend is reachable (diagnostic endpoint works)
✅ Database just restored successfully (78 users)
❓ Need to verify if login works after recent database restore
Problems Encountered:

Code deployments not applying to production (new endpoints return 404)
mongorestore command not available in production container
Database had only 3-4 users instead of 78
Users can login on preview but not production (password hash mismatch)
What Was Done:

Created Python-based database restore (works without mongorestore)
Just successfully restored 78 users to production via /api/auth/trigger-restore
Need to verify production login now works
Question for Support: Why do deployments to production not fully apply code changes? New endpoints and files don't appear even after multiple deployments.

Before contacting them, can you try logging in one more time to see if it works after the database restore?

I will need your job ID where you face any issue. You can find it by opening the chat and clicking on the 'i' button in the top right corner. You may have to close the preview to see the button. From the panel that opens, please copy the job ID and share with us.
