Somehow my cancellation of my monthly subscription didn't go through.

I just got charged again. Can anybody reach out to me about that?

I didn't use any credits.

Sorry you want to cancel. Can I suggest your logging into the emergency.sH webpage?. Along the top navigation where you see the number of credits you have in yellow, select the little icon next to it and then choose ‘ manage your subscription’. From there you should be able to cancel..
If you’re coming into any issues or error messages feel free to post back , but my assumption is this would have to be tackled with the [email protected] team via email.

Also adding here that this redirects you to the STRIPE portal and you need to actually cancel it in Stripe.

Same here. I got AI response from email:

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Click the "Credits" button located at the top of the application interface.
Select "Manage your Subscription."
Click the "Cancel Billing" button. This will take you to our payment portal where you can finalize the cancellation.

It’s literally managed by stripe. What does the stripe portal say of your subscription?
