Hi, my testing agent is stuck, cannot communicate or finish the job.

Tried to reply to it, asking it to "stop","finish","exit","quit" No response. No stopping. Stuck.

Tried logging out, reloading chat, cannot click on roll back. Nothing, it is stuck.
I am not getting priority support as promised on emergent.sh pro. At this point I am wondering if you are not running the most brilliant ponzi scheme ever. But this is getting really out of hand. Spending thousands and getting no support!

All that you are delivering is new features, that cost more to use, and not work as promised.

You're also opening multiple different support requests...and posting in different places. Being this LOUD isn't actually helping you get support faster to fix the issue, its just overly complicating the text chain and probably slowing that process down...
