Hey! While we work on resolving this issue, could you please try waking up the agent again? For many users, it has worked on the second attempt.
If the issue persists, please share your Job ID with us. You can find it by opening the chat and clicking the ‘i’ button in the top right corner. You may need to close the preview to see this button. From the panel that appears, copy the Job ID and share it with us.
