The message "Agent went to sleep due to inactivity." come on... stop assuming people are stupid.
It's pretty bloody obvious what is happening under the hood; the docker container responsible for the agent has been put to sleep to save on compute resources.
when i pressed "wake up agent", it reported "there was an error". No specifics, just the generic error as described. This situation has happened probably 2 dozen times over 3 weeks; on different agent IDs. and each time randomly resolves itself.

Something is happening in the backend that you are not being transparent about.
