I am getting some weird issues suddenly where only some files are being updated in github after changes on the emergent side - I think it started when I asked it to move a file to another directory. On the emergent side, I can see the files fine, but on my side, the repo says the files have been deleted. When doing a check, I can see that several files are now being deleted in the repo that still exist emergent side. I've spent a few hundred euros developing this, so would quite like to not have a corrupted repo! I've tried cloning the repo again locally in case it was local corruption, and also pushing to a brand new repo, but still have the same problem. It would seem the repo has been corrupted somehow emergent-side. Any ideas?
