Rule of thumb: Never run more than 20 cards on a deck, unless you're running a deck that benefits from running more than 20.

You want consistency, and having more than 20 cards reduces your odds of drawing the card you need.

I'd pick one of the 3 archetypes in here (Red-Eyes, Blue-Eyes or Rose Dragon) and focus on that. Also cut H-Heated Heart, Dragon Treasure, Blue Medicine and the Burn spell and Magical Hats. Those cards only help if you're winning/ dont do anything meaningful and cutting cards will boost your consistency.

if your opp plays it in turn 1, you cannot attack until turn 8 if that card remains untouched (it will destroy itself at the end phase of turn 7 and it will have blocked turns 2, 4, and 6 from battling)
