He has a little more in his kit but that's it

And unlike Charlie, who is effectively the same concept (Guile but more), 3's system mechanics utterly obliterate him, and he has a bad matchup against the top 3 even without the system that fucks him the most

He's an entirely defensive character in a SF2 or Alpha sense

In a game that absolutely tears that type of kit to shreds both with and without parries

She's a contentious character because she made her debut in the near-universally panned Capcom Fighting Evolution, and her (alleged) lore implications rubbed people the wrong way.
