So in md you can kozan every 2 turns

Since turn one s3 gives 1 base and 1 for matching and turn two s3 gives one basw, one for matching and 1 for 2 in a row

However, if you dont have 9 copies of the same skill that doesnt happen

And it randomizes after kozan

• shorekeeper - variation
• lynae - brume pistol is technically better since i'm using her as a sub-DPS/support, but synth pistol will probably do just fine
• hiyuki - ? don't even know her weapon type but it's probably sword lol

i also have encore/rover/verina for 5 star resonators, though not using them atm. verina shares variation with SK, rover can use his free aero sig... don't have a good option for encore but she's probably the one i'm least likely to use any time soon

TL;DR:

• in april: anomaly intercept rewards increased, and now stages 8 and 9 also give rewards (they were meaningless before except for the title from clearing 9)
• next event is "2x2 Love", apparently going to be a VN-like event with different routes and endings depending on your choices + a minigame and voice acting (unclear if voiceover is only for crucial scenes or the whole event?)
• surprise event in april in addition to the half-anni
• "regroup feature" for raid content allowing you to reorganize squads after starting a fight without needing to restart the game
• view mode improvements to simulate combat so you can see actual particle effects, projectiles, etc of nikkes

they've done a VN-adjacent event before with the naga/tia event and it was pretty mid but i will reserve judgment

pretty minor dev note all things considered, but more anomaly intercept rewards is nice

i seem to recall a previous dev note promising a side story in april? so i assume the "surprise event" either is literally that or at least related to it
