The problem with Dawn's Bloom is that most of the baisc attack focused attackers already have %DMG in their kit
so Dawn's Bloom has diminishing returns
The ones that don't usually have more varied damage profiles than being focused on basic attacks
That said, Dawn's Bloom gives a much more consistent buff than Woodpecker
especially if you're not good at keeping your stacks up

ling hong lu is like cocaine if you like full-stop or lord hong lu. it competes with dim shredder for immortality but if you are confident the damage will outweigh the 2nd life (which it can sometimes), its worth it
garden of thorns is literally 2x as expensive as mlynar gregor even if you use it twice tho its basically pregor's id. maybe great for zwei gregor too.
