skill 1 with 2 coins
skill 2 with 3, potentially 4 coins (it looks like 4 but i assume 3 for balance reasons)
and then multiple skill 3s
one thats just a basic "cut them down mao"/"mao linkstrike", which seems to order a heishou to use their skill 3 on the enemy
one thats "heed me zilu" which does the combo with mao faust (presumably needs maost to fulfill some condition)
and one thats just him attacking (probably either needs a certain number of allies to die or a resource like maost) its similar to his lcb sinner skill 3 but likely is supposed to be "Tiangang Star - Form (格)" or "answer me"
defense skill is looking like a clashable counter that calls a heishou in to do a skill 1 (seemingly even from out of battle?)and also gives them a buff.
in terms of passive effects, probably has something to buff the heishous and might carry over passives like "infinite song of erudition" or "Diminish (貶)" (doubt well see (BIG CANTO 8 SPOILERS)||shin, mang or his ego, seeing as maost also had no shin||)
in terms of status hes def ruptue and some deathrite synergy, maybe he has some bind and id like him to be a more consistent source of fissure but who knows
if he does fissure then also getting halt would be sweet
as for wane and impede... who cares honestly ig they would be nice for maost but he doesnt really need em

3 exalto weapons is 60%, wedges is then 90, and to get to 280 for various effects, combined with the 170 from fully uncapped omega summon, you just need 20% from any source (in single sided)
so that can come from an archangel for the elements that have one (all except dark)
or from a fourth exalto weapon
in short fifth exalto should be even less necessary than it was already
unless you can't fit wedges in the summon grid anywhere

and i could probably get a third perfect set with the reroll mats i have but i'm lazy
gfl2 doesn't have rerolls but the variety of substats you can roll is much smaller so it's relatively easy to get 3 or 4 "perfect" rolls (depending on piece, some need 3 some need 4)
what you roll in gfl2 is the magnitude of the stat though, e.g. RNG a +5% boost vs a +20% boost
rerolls for those are very generous and easy to rack up, and they have a second currency that lets you slowly max out substats of your choice on a piece
