there is also an additional benefit in absolutely erasing energy recharge requirements

for instance

tao/furina/xingqiu/mona can run everyone at about 10-30% er

since they will all be generating enough energy to go over and start filling up even non-same element reqs

with noelle's case, its less that its mono-hydro + geo and more that furina is a broken support for noelle

each particle fills up x amount of energy based on your er substat

each character also has a set amount of energy particle generation from their skills/normals/bursts

2. There are elemental colored orbs or white orbs. Colored orbs give more energy to characters of that element. White are universal
3. Characters on field who catch the orbs gain more energy than those off field. Off field still gain but not as much
4. Energy gain is affected by ER

im definitely gonna try out jean triple hydro

this is likely better with c2 yelan but im gonna try it anyways

instead of a party of 4, you have a party of 8: four frontline, four backline, and you can swap units between front and back as needed

gacha 5* units can be pulled at 4*, but they can be upgraded using promotion materials, so pulling a 4.5 isn't the end of the world

battle gameplay is pretty similar to the mainline games: enemies have shields and weaknesses, and you can break their shields to do extra damage

compared to the main games, enemies will have a lot more shields to work with, but there are a lot more options to break shields too

being in the backline will also give you passive hp/mp regen at the end of that turn

collei is a solid dendro applier and gets a lot stronger per constellation

beidou really wants her c1 and c2 but when she gets them becomes a top 10 character in the game against 2+ enemies

and charlotte is a healbot

shes a healbot but she scales off attack and has huge frontloaded healing

so her personal damage is actually not bad

her only real downside is she competes with mika for frontloaded cryo healing

and mika is a lot less cryo focused rather he works more for normal attacks and a bit for physical so hes different than charlotte

who in turn, is different than diona

who in turn is different than qiqi

actually lowkey the cryo healers are all a lot better with furina and they are all got a niche

in any case, charlotte really appreciates her c1

anything past that is just a bonus
