i haven't played ffbe so i don't know what its gameplay is like, but assuming it's in the vein of a traditional jrpg, there are plenty of options
it's not particularly popular in here, but i play another eden, which is a single player jrpg/gacha
turn based combat with a mechanic that has some real time interaction
inspired a good bit by stuff like chrono trigger if you're into that
(and it has a collab with chrono cross)
aside from that, maybe epic seven? there are people in here who can talk about that one more than me, but i vaguely remember it being in that sort of vein as well

for sierotix, the most common recommendations are first beelzebub/belial (or not buying it a tall and instead using your gold moons on bars)
but i'd recommend using on a seasonal limited you like
if you don't want to use on belial or bubs
don't recommend using on regular units, grands, or even zodiacs
ofc all of this is assuming you want to use a sieroticket to get the most bang for your buck
if instead you are all in for a specific unit, then go for them
