Blissey's Sp. Atk isn't too bad actually. It's just Chansey that has a hard time actually hurting anything, hence why it often just uses moves like Seismic Toss instead

Blissey will not be koing much with 75 spatk. It needs to waste 3-4 turns on attacking to get a ko.
A single toxic lets it get a ko by wasting one turn, and using all the other turns healing/swapping.

I might as well say it, the game is beautiful. Most Fangames are usually pretty barebones, using many sorts of assests already at their disposal for RPGmaker XP's essentials. But both the spritework and actual artwork are spot-on.
The game does go against the grain a lot with expectations in a positive way: Instead of Gyms being based solely on type, they're more personality based depending on the Gym Leader. This also applies to the Gym challenges as well.
While story in a lot of games are just kinda an excuse plot, the story in Atlas so far is engaging enough to keep a player interested instead of just going through it, and moving onto the next.
On top of that, the characters. While there are some, eh, characters I most certainly can do without (Discount store Looker being one of many), many of them are certainly writen well enough.
Bad:
Keep in mind that this is still a game being actively worked on, so a lot of these points are subject to change
Bugs galore. There's a few bugs that end up crashing the game. No doubt will be fixed, but it is a problem
No Autosave. This is a pretty big one going off the above, since an untimely crash can and will reset a lot of your progress.
For whatever reason, there's not a lot of consistency with mons, moves and the like. You have situations in which Wobbuffet cannot learn Counter, the one thing its known for, there's a lot of moves and abilities with the wrong names, and learnsets are all over the place (I checked a few, and it seems there's some mons whose learnsets seem to match up with Black/White, while others are from Sun/Moon, seemingly)
Permanently missable content. Noticed this bit in The Thousand Mouths, where the whole area is inaccessible after you finish your business there. I dunno if its planned that you can go back later, but so far, it seems like its inaccessible. There may be others too, like the Glasses-wearing Chinchou probably being inaccessible again if you decide to be very rude and smack them into the sand for their glasses.
The game's also seemingly not up to date with current mechanics either. I noticed whe using Nuzzle against an Electric type, it still inflicts paralyzation, in spite of the fact they should be immune to that status.
Ugly:
Once again, there's plenty of people who know what Arceus is and tend to work it into some exclamations of disbelief or curses. Come on now!
I feel like there tends to be a good few too many reskins of mons here. There's a good few you have with you too (Such as the battle-scarred Pidgey, glasses-wearing Chinchou), among others.
The game is very sparse with moves early on. You'll likely be using a lot of learned moves, since the few TM's you get aren't numerous enough to make plans around. The few you do get are still very good, mind, but still, I do wish there was more variety
