pelliper is a rain setter but it can do decent damage with weather ball/hurricane in rain. its worst in terms of just tailwind not considering rain and stuff because it doesn't have priority
whimsicott is more of a support but it runs moonblast as its offensive move it can run vareity of support moves like beat up for annhilape, its also one of the few mons that get prankster encore as well as it gets some other moves like light screen, helping hand etc
talonflame is more of a offensive tailwind setter you generally use it with like sharp beak and flare blitz, brave bird
its weird because it loses its priority tailwind if it takes damage
you can run no item talonflame as people have done in the past with acrobatics but idk if its correct

you can lead annihilape especially when they have a intimidator so you can get your defiant boost for free

also remember you can fake out cycle with parting shot uturn
