SCP-650 aka "The Startling Statue"

SCP-650 appears to be a black statue of unknown material in a shape of a human, however, when not looking, it will teleport near a human (preferably behind them) to startle them. Why am I making this suggestion? I think that this SCP would add some scare value to the minecraft world, because of its unpredictability. I also think that having a statue appear suddenly behind you would be very fun to experience.
