i need to dock two space station parts together but i just can't seem to be able to get them together

i mean are you in a lower orbit as your target, lower, right?

yes i am below the target's orbit but if we're talking inside/outside i am phasing from outside of the target's orbit to the inside of it

first get a circulat orbit for both ships
