#I cannot "Launch" from the VAB and I cannot revert flights

I'm not sure if my campaign is bugged or something else is going on. The issue started when I was trying to make a vehicle with multiple command modules (capsule and lander can, Apollo style), but now whenever I make the most basic single stage rocket, or load a premade design, the Launch button doesn't do anything and won't take me to the Launch pad. If I go to the launch pad I can select a saved build to launch with, but then I noticed the buttons to revert the flight or revert to VAB are not clickable. Anyone have any ideas if this is just a nasty bug that might require a new campaign?

Starting a new campaign does fix these issues

and reverting stops working after reloading or saving and quitting the game don't worry it's not a bug

because reverting removes all progress, you can't do it after saving a flight

#

for the launching, just restart the game
