that depends on how literal you're being. Nothing in the game just gives you fuel, the only way to make it is to mine it and use an ISRU in stock. Or a mod that adds another option. If you're asking about how to get a gravity assist, it's as easy as intercepting tylo
looping back to what you are doing: you need a trajectory that intercepts or comes close to tylo. right now you are escaping Jool, basically the opposite.
