I was flying to Mun, only to realize that I already did all Science there and now I want to continue my flight to Minmus, but I can't find the right position for my maneuver. I could guess more, but I was wondering if there is a better way

Set minimum as target and place a manuver at the AN or DN. At the manuver you add

to get a inclination of 0°. Burn that manuver. Then you should find and encounter
