If you want to make one yourself with a bit of trickery, you can just make a plane with high twr and big wings and slap a few reaction wheels in the fuel tanks

Make one yourself, it needs:
High TWR and thrust vectoring engines
Center of lift slightly ahead of com. just slightly
Reaction wheels

That is about it, you may want to put big wings for better lift so it doesn't stall so much

also remember to autostrut your wings
