Help with Tourism Plus mod

I have a contract for the Tourism Plus mod to give some executives a tour of the KSC. But I have to go pick one of them up, and I can't figure out how to load them into my rover. Anyone know what I'm supposed to do here? Having a similar problem with the Naval certification test

I forgot how since I only did that mission once but can you switch to them and load them on?
