#Kerbalism huge loss of habitat pressure from EVA

My mun base has kerbals inhabiting 3/5 spots. When I EVA, the ship pressure goes from 101 kPa to 11. The pressure controller has to spend 1000s of units of nitrogen to restabilize pressure. Is this a bug?
