More events are needed. Like the game is getting kind of boring because it's all about grinding and getting stronger and all. Some type of events will definitely boost up the game again and make players more active.
You can add events based on various different things. You can make a boss who spawns every 12 hours. Example it spawns at 11:30 a.m. and then spawns only after 12 hours again. (The boss drops OP items)

Can also add a new type of gate instead of the normal blue and red gates. Can make it extra rare and difficult to clear as well.

I haven't been playing for a long time, so I apologize if I'm being ignorant or something, but I'm going to go over some negative points that I've found in the game so far and I'll see if I can think of some ideas to improve this and if anyone who's reading has any ideas, just comment:

1- Gems and Money: both are completely useless in the end game, seeing as money buys swords, but generally the ones for dungeons are much better, they're kind of useless if you do dungeons and gems are only useful in guilds, so both things after you already have a good sword and a minimally evolved guild, they're not necessary for anything else.

2- Characters: the Arise mechanic was something I found very interesting, but the character ranking system is pretty bad in the end game, after all, only some characters can evolve to rank N, so it gets really boring to keep doing the events and Infernal Castle until you have a team with 10 characters, which is totally insane. The ranking mechanic in the long run will be really bad for the game, especially in the matter of adding more and more ranks and only selected characters will be able to climb to them. I don't know if anyone has already thought/talked about this or if the team has even planned anything about these issues for the future of the game, but I decided to comment on it. And again, I apologize if I came across as ignorant or something like that S2

When im grinding gems while going onto a different tab on my PC for watching anime or playing a different game theres only 20 minutes before my roblox disconnects for being idle

How it works:

For the dungeon (In my opinion), I suggest when you are at the boss stage, the Wall titans surround The Founder (Just like how the Ant soldiers surrounded the Ant King). It would create a more better appearance bc the Wall titans were sort of like Erens shield during the rumbling bc they destroyed everything in their path just like Eren told them to. Who knows maybe this could also be sort of like a raid.

I added Falco and Reiner because they were part of the Alliance and they also were a big part in Erens defeat. I know that Zeke was not part of the Alliance, he died early on but he was essential for enabling Erens use of the Founding titans power.

add a mechanic that every character can be upgraded to ranks like N,N+ and beyond, then make some character be NATURAL that rank, characters that are natural are faaar stronger that characters that u got to N+, this should make the game looks more like Solo Leveling, some characters would just be N or more because they dont have a low rank version.
For Natural Characters the odds to arise them should be lowered, making them suitable for grinding. You guys could implement this with the Keys System, making characters from Key's grinding focused, this would make huge changes for Infernal Castle future updates and characters from islands and events.
This would make a difference for titles or adjustments involving Luck, or just make that you Rank gives you a luck %, like E = 2%, D = 4%, C = 6% etc. And would give new players a base progression, like, first island you should have a good team rank to go to the next island
