Did you uninstall the demo? Did you start in Lyon and then open your second shop in Paris?

you cant be player level 12 in paris....
you would still be in Lyon
the demo only gave one store to play which was paris... the full game starts you in Lyon
if you click on expandy land you will see the paris location and japan location
