My workers and customers have been rubber banding and teleporting all over the Lyon location mostly. I have tried closing the game and reloading but it keeps happening.

If the door is blocked (or any path that npc employees or customers are trying to get to), they will teleport rather than get stuck and do nothing. It can actually be used to speed up movements, but if you do not want it, you might try to pinpoint what item is blocking the path. A developer or someone will answer you better, I'm just trying to give you a quick possibility to look for. Good luck, Jen.
Also, book boxes and such are not obstacles to NPCs. But if you were to put a cat litter box in front of a door, that would cause teleportation. Hope that helps.

Yea... its usually something in the way of their programmed path that gives them teleportation... may need to renovate some things around for them to not do that anymore as we'll as make sure customers can find a path to the registers....
