Aiming an item - like scanner, spray can, or paint bucket - no longer displays an outline to preview placement on the personal shelf.
Initially I thought the scanner wasn't placeable because there was no outline. Then I saw the controller prompt gave the option to place. Found it to be the same with every other item, tiles included.
