I've paid little attention, but I don't remember ever seeing the water side empty. I should watch closer. Food I know disappears.

Is this only the dual food bowl? I can put this on our internal list to look at. Should be a fairly easy fix

I tested the dual bowl, it does empty of water (in fact 8 of them do with 4 cats).

it's the dual bowl. it doesn't show as refilled with water, but I can hear the cat actually lapping water from it

Fix for the water refilling will be in the next version! Luckily, it was just visual, the actual water value was indeed being refilled but just not setting the materials correctly
