Simple QOL change; it'd be nice to be able to set certain leaders/civs as favorites so players don't have to dig through the list to find who they want to play. This especially helps on leaders with multiple personas to help players not accidentally picking the wrong one.

Also the ability to randomise through only the favourited leaders would be cool. Like how the leader/civ pools in civ 6 worked.
