Around turn 50 in Exploration Age my Ottru commanders ceased to have 6 movement and reverted back to 3 (see attached photo). This is extremely frustrating because the whole reason I chose Chola was to run all over the world and support my trade network and treasure fleets and now my strategy is ruined. This is the second time this has happened to me, and quitting and reloading does not fix it. Playing on PC.
