I don't think they will recall the actor to record again and spend money on studio session time and then translate everythings in all languages sorry... But i feel you, it feels very lazy to only having 3 words when you launch a game

The narration level is definitely much lighter than 6, it is a shame. And it is most obviously noticeable on the load in screen.
