A) This is a feedback thread, not a support forum or bug submission page. You are very unlikely to get response directly to resolve you issue
but
B) This is a known issue (https://support.civilization.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/38268652360467-Frequent-Desyncing-During-Multiplayer). The work around listed worked for us when playing (Host saves game, Host quits the game entirely to desktop, Host starts game and loads the MP save file, all other players join in lobby)

Do I have to rehost the game after every turn? Is this really the solution?
