Desync, very often

I played a few times with my friend (two human, 4 AI), and it seems that desync occurs literally after 10-15 minutes of the game. A message appears that I am the only one in the lobby, although PC specs are definitely fine, no problems with internet connection.

I second this - however with my friend group it is literally every turn. Makes playing multiplayer nigh impossible unfortunately
