Below is a fanfic idea I am coming up with to hopefully get some of my hunger for more dispatch content satisfied. #🛋️┃general-chat

Alright! Here goes.

So my OC would be a guy named Sol. He is a hellhound—obviously from Hell—but he’s like Mal in the sense that he can enter Hell and Earth as he sees fit.

Personality wise, he’s very much an observer and quiet. Silently judges people and won’t try to make conversation unless he knows he has something in common with the person he’s speaking with.

He…also has depression. And he’s nihilistic.

A lot of his interactions with others are based on if it’s worth it or not to actually talk with that person. For example, say Sonar asks him a question over comms. He’ll take a whole minute to answer the question—in his mind he’s going back and forth whether he should or shouldn’t talk with this person.

For Powers: he can control fire—actually turning it green like his fiery green eyes. He can breathe it, and is immune to any fire based attacks.
He can become your shadow. He can disappear into a black puddle and reform right behind you.

Weakness: He is very weak to light based attacks and often stays away from anyone who generates too much light at once. Except fire.
He also hates water, he can’t swim good.

Now for the actual story.

Sol travels to Earth after hearing about a demon who went to a place called SDN. He was somewhat curious and registered for the program a few days after.

He has been to earth before, but he’s never been to Los Angeles before.

Anyway, he meets the Z-Team and is very quiet during the first dispatch session. People try to talk with him, and he does respond but sometimes. And some get mad at him taking so long to answer.

Before the end of the shift him and Mal—with Sonar—get put on the same mission and Mal says he smells like death. No one but her smells this.

Sol grows quite intrigued by the two of them, sometimes asking them questions and opening up. But is still distant.Over the course of the story he gets more and more involved with the team. Battling threats and eventually finding his love of guitars.

This is what he looks like

#

Basically. The story will be about Sol learning how to find purpose in others—even if you can’t find purpose within himself.

#

Idk who the villain of the story will be…but this is what I have so far

#

Oh

#

And one last thing

#

Sol does have a higher state he can achieve. In near death situations he undergoes the True Hound transformation. Allowing him to take the complete form of a hellos hound.

His eyes below a blood red and he walks on all fours. He is still him when he transforms, but his personality does shift.
