I know I'm not the only one with an OC here, so I was thinking, what if Team Y? I'll write a starter and if anyone wants to be part of it, the back and forth and extra dialogue will likely make it pop. I have a few ideas for primary threats, villains and goals, but I'm hoping everyone involved will also contribute their own.

If you don't want to be spoiled, pls avoid==> ||Denise is a new dispatcher, previously in charge of the Iris Squad, a personal idea for a show/game/movie I have featuring my original heroes. The Iris Squad heroes can't have their powers without the keys they've willingly put behind a locked door under governmental protection. The only people who can get in are them or Denise (their former dispatcher). The primary villain will be Eris, a chaotic entity who possesses people to get what she wants, and she wants those keys. Handling her and keeping her from taking Denise's valuable fingerprints to the lock is the primary threat in the distance, but the main goals during dispatching shifts will be relatively basic (or Theria going wild-related).|| All ideas for dispatching missions are very welcome.

The sounds of the air conditioning rumbled through the vents overhead as a woman adjusted her bright ginger hair in its bun, "This is bullshit.." she mumbled to the mirror.

"And you say that, why?" Another feminine voice echoed back between the stalls, the owner's fox mask appearing shortly after, "I thought it was an important job..?" Theria asked, stepping to the bathroom sink for a hand wash.

"The pay is nothing like my last job and I'm basically doing the same thing.." Denise sighed, letting her eyes flicker for a moment, "I'm not displeased to be working with you, but the situation seems a bit.."

"Sudden and against your will?" She asked, tilting her head, "What happened to the Iris Squad anyway?"

Denise clicked her tongue over the fact that she should have been more secretive with her management of them, "Queen Perla is gone and they wanted normal lives. But they could have transferred me to another project instead of..." She gestured to the building around her then pinched at the SDN on her shirt, "And this is not nearly as formal or elegant as my old uniform."

"Didn't know you had plans on the runway.." Theria joked, drying her hands thoroughly before turning to leave.

"That's not what I-" Denise whipped her head around to a closing door before grumbling, "Great first impression, wondrous work."

By the time the freshly transferred dispatcher made it to her new desk, she could hear the chaotic chatter vibrating the headset as if it housed tiny elves.

Approaching the chair, Denise felt a presence next to her suddenly, "You got the slideshow on team Y, right?" An older voice asked, drawing her eyes to it to spot an elderly-looking man with blonde twists slicked back neatly. His dark features shifted with a nod as he earned a 'yes' from her, "Well, don't worry if they give you any shit. You're not the first one to direct assholes like these, so if you need any advice or help-" he tipped his head towards a desk booth with a bundle of brown++

hair poking over the top, "Robert's either over there or fighting with the vending machine." He chuckled a bit.

"And you are..?" Denise asked carefully, scanning the clearly powerful man and the bright red gem on his chest.

"Around here? Chase. Out there? Star Blazer. I'm kinda feeling myself so I think I'll be on the field for today, but again, Robert's over there." Chase gave a performative stretch as he spoke, grinning like a man being told he could set off as many firecrackers as he wanted.

"Thank you, it's nice to meet you." She said somewhat quietly, earning the sentiment in return as the hero floated away. With a sigh, Denise sat down and slid the headset on, the voices shaking her head a bit as she heard one of the heroes humming the Jeopardy theme, "Hello, good to meet you all. This is Denise Everclear and I will be your dispatcher for... I guess the future?"
