he’s supposed to be a disgraced hero that’s fallen off the path into more of a villain i guess? he has ice manipulation

friend had the idea of an ‘x-team’ he called it where heroes that want to get back on the right path can try again.

also i know he looks like jimmy from mouthwashing, it started with his hair and face and i just ended up rolling with it Shrug0
